About Us

Lynn Hazleton has been developing and delivering singing, songing, and song-making courses for over 30 years, and has worked with a wide range of Australian populations during this time. She is both a qualified social worker and a well established musician with extensive experience and training in voice and choral work.

Helping others fulfil their potential

Lynn Hazelton's Songing is a group of receptive (sensing, feeling) and creative (doing) activities that enable participants to enjoy an authentic life. Discover how to better relax, manage anxiety and stress, gain confidence, build resilience, process difficult or uncomfortable emotions and work to the best of your abilities.

Songing Coaching and Programs

These activities are delivered personally by Lynn Hazelton and her small team, via online and face-to-face coaching, workshops, events retreats and programs.

Songing to facilitate

Lynn is often invited to deliver Corporate Training at workshops, retreats & conferences, or to facilitate a Community Music Project, to help build community connection and resilience. Lynn is a qualified Social Worker who specialises in the area of promoting positive mental health, and is a certified and practising meditation and mindfulness teacher.

Songing to relax

Lynn provides open Workshops and 1:1 sessions to individuals. The act of songing is partly for fun, but mostly to learn to relax. This is not so much for performance or enjoyment, but the value added when songing comes from one's true self. Becoming more relatable to others enables you to connect authentically and form genuine, trusting, safe and lasting relationships.

Be uplifted, Be inspired, feel included, feel safe, have a sense of belonging, feel trust, have a friend who will help you find your dreams, live your best life.
